We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your package, to bring you a risk-free shopping experience for our dresses, loungewear and wedding guest outfits.

  1. Return Eligibility
    Items can be returned for full refund if all conditions below are met:
  • Return request submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery
  • Garments are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact
  • No stains, scratches, perfume or makeup residue on fabrics
  • Intimates, swimwear, clearance final-sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

  2. Email our customer service to request a return authorization (RMA) number
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging, attach your order slip
  4. Ship the package via trackable postal service to our designated return address
  5. We will inspect items within 5 working days after receiving your return package
  6. Refund Rules
  • Qualified returns: Full product cost will be refunded to your original payment account within 7–14 business days after inspection approval
  • Shipping fees at checkout are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or wrong size/color
  • Discount coupons used on orders will be deducted from the refund amount accordingly
  • Custom personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange
  1. Defective & Damaged Items
    If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect size/style, please send clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping cost and offer full refund or free re-delivery at your choice.
  2. Return Shipping Cost
    Customers bear the return shipping fee for non-defective, voluntary returns. We do not provide prepaid return labels by default. Lost return packages in transit are the customer’s responsibility without tracking proof.
  3. Exclusions
    Final sale clearance products, gift wrapping service fees, and worn/altered clothing cannot be refunded or exchanged.
